My approach

1. REMEMBERING...

special events in your we call Good Experiences.  These experiences , sometimes called accomplishments, carry with them an appreciation for who you are..

2. DESCRIBING...

these experiences in detail to others and receiving feedback about your strengths.  By sharing our accomplishments with others, we gain a sense of pride and a feeling of worthiness..

3. DETERMINING...

your unique pattern of strengths.  Reoccurring strengths allow us to determine strengths, positive qualities, that bring us the greatest joy.

#4 CONFIRMING...

your Dependable Strengths using a Reality Test. Using instances where we can demonstrate the a particular strength was at play.

5. SHARING...

your strengths with others not only feels good, it allows to place yourself in situations where you can succeed.
